Conclave is finally here, and we’re looking forward to welcoming the AGS community to Austin! To ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ve compiled some helpful information to help prepare for your arrival.
We’ve created a Code of Conduct to ensure a positive experience for everyone attending. The Code establishes expectations for behavior and serves to ensure a positive and enriching experience for all attendees.
Here is additional information you may find helpful upon your arrival at Conclave:
- Conclave Registration will be open Sunday, April 14, from 12:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., Monday from 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Wednesday from 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Registration is on the 4th Floor West Prefunction of the Hilton Austin. A photo ID is required to obtain your badge.
- Arriving Sunday? If you are a new AGS member, join us at Reverbery, located off the Hilton Austin Lower Lobby, for the New Member Reception from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and then stay for the Mentor Mixer at 5:00 p.m. At 6:00 p.m., head to Austin Taco Project, also located off the Lower Lobby, for the Guilds Party!
- All General Sessions, including the AGS Suppliers’ Showcase and Reception and the President’s Party, will be in the Austin Grand Ballroom, located on the 6th Floor.
- Breakout Sessions are on the 4th Floor. Please note that all classes are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Opening Session Luncheon begins on Monday, April 15, at noon in the Austin Grand Ballroom, 6th Floor. We’re kicking things off with Savannah Bananas owner Jesse Cole! Click here to read his bio on the Keynote Speakers page.
- Visit your AGS Vendors in the Networking Area, open Monday, 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Tuesday, 10:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Wednesday, 10:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. It is located in the Governor’s Ballroom Salon A-B on the 4th Floor.
- AGS Conclave Safety Tips: Presenting Sponsor, Jewelers Mutual, has provided tips to help keep Conclave and tradeshow attendees safe. Click here to view and download.
- A Mother’s Room is located on the 6th Floor, Room 617, and is reserved for nursing moms. Room hours are similar to those of the Conclave Registration desk. If the room is locked, please see the Conclave registration desk for the key. Snacks and beverages will be available.
