Hi y’all! I’m Tigren Dorian. My jewelry journey began at Dorian & Rose, our family business. We’re most known for manufacturing handmade chains in Los Angeles.

Working with family, I quickly discovered the art of “juggling.” My favorite juggle is in design—there is something magical about bringing a thought from your mind into the physical world.

Once I found this was my passion, I quickly pivoted to the American Gem Society and Conclave. The connections created there instantly became friendships; it’s electric being in a room filled with passionate people who are on a similar path. The friends I met in that first year are some of my closest friends today!

I’ve attended three Conclaves since then, and I am addicted! There is a rush that comes when we’re together, and all these ideas and energies slowly start to surface to the top, boiling into reality. Magic is constantly brewed at AGS, and we’re the magic ingredient.

I swiftly joined the Young Titleholders (YT) Committee at my first Conclave, then the YT Events Subcommittee, and most recently signed up for the Mentoring Program to further deepen my roots with AGS.

The Mentoring Program has allowed me to give back to the community that has given me so much.

There is a wealth of knowledge and experience floating around AGS that wants to be tapped into. A little air under your wings from a mentor can take you to new heights, and all it took was taking the first step and joining the YTs.

This is your sign to sign up for the next mixer—it’s a must if you’re part of our industry! Give us a little bar with music, and the connections create themselves. Simple nonfiction creates the best experiences!
